Well, as a monk I went Prot and prot spirited everyone. However, an alternative would be to make your heros all /Mo and put prot spirit on them all. I helped a guildie through and Prot Spirit was our savior. Otherwise, that last ele boss can wipe out your entire party almost instantly if you bunch on the stairs.
Or, your a ranger. Take concussion or Broad Head Arrow. That'll take care of him.

Anyone know why there were two ele and two warrior bosses with the same names?
Basically, just set up some builds, have a lot of AoE damage, and plow through. Powerdrain on the monks can help against ele boss as well.

I did it first time with 2 players and 5 mid-level heroes. Got Expert with just 7 of us.
Advice: Make sure you have a real person as a Monk at least and also make your hero necro an MM. Then just steamroller.

did it with my mesmer/ranger (with pet and barrage)...3 heros (brand new) and henchies....fiinished it on my first try, though only got 2 swords (didnt kill all 3 marshals).....it took a while, but it was quite doable with henchies/heros.
My heros leveled up a few times during the mission, I was amused. Only one enemy was hard to kill ----had to retreat and kill everyone around him then he was much easier.

Wow.... I am suprised to hear that you could not beat this using hench and heros... I entered this mission with only my heros unaware that I could bring more than that. I am a warrior and played W/Mo with mending and healing breeze of course (healing breezed saved my life multiple times) and my elite was Dragon Slash.... I had 2 monk heros, and 1 dervish hero brand new. The dervish hero was set up as D/R using apply poison. I beat the mission my first try, the dervish died a lot but the monks kept me alive and I could kill the monsters so I made it through. And like the person above mentioned, I also had to retreat on one occasion, but the two monk heros and myself never died, only the lower lvl 8 dervish hero died. This was also without any hench remember. In case you were wondering the monks were set up 1 as WoH healing monk and the other a prot monk using Shield of Regeneration as the elite. Hope that helps.

I took the Hero's to Whitman's Folly - 15 mins a clear...
A lvl up each time (scrolls).
Only take 2 henchies (6 in total) and it's fairly easy to do.
Once lvl 20 - Went into mission and it was fairly easy.
(Took 2 x monks & ele hero's to lvl20)

i did it with all hench, dunkoro was a woh type deal, tahklora was prot w/life sheath, and koss was a defy pain tank, all had hard rez. i was paragon, and as far as i can remember you just have to aggro carefully and target right, i think i used monk>ele>dervish>whatever except with bosses, which i killed as fast as i could.

Tip at the end. Have Dunkoro with rebirth and assign him to a flag way in the back. If the ele/warrior boss starting wiping out your entire party, you can have Dunkoro run away and then bring him back in to res everybody.

I just completed it at Lvl15 on the first try as an Air E/M
My heros were the two monks and Dervish. Henchies were Healing, Brawler, Motivation and Holy.
The key to getting beyond the wall is to save the Commander group along the west wall for last. After you get the reinforcements, the NPC MM brings enough additional firepower to make it a breeze.
Watch out for Meteor Showers and time your attack charges around them. With 3 monks, I never had to use my hard res (my only Monk skill brought)
